Ingredients :
1 Large Tin of New Potatoes
1 Large Onion
1 Small Tin Sweetcorn
4 Large Tablespoons of mayonnaise
Parsley to Garnish
Recipe :
Drain the tin of potatoes, patting dry with paper towel.
Chop onion finely and add to the potatoes.
Drain and pat dry the sweetcorn and add to the bowl.
Next add mayonnaise mixing it into the other ingredients in the bowl.
Transfer to a nice serving dish and add parsley on the top to give it that finishing touch and its ready to eat. |
